CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING POLICIES To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, the following policies apply to every appointment. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy Any appointment canceled, rescheduled, missed, forgotten, or otherwise not attended within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. This includes, but is not limited to: * Forgetting your appointment * Oversleeping * Illness * Family emergencies * Childcare issues * Transportation issues * Work schedule changes * Weather concerns * Personal emergencies * Last-minute conflicts * Receiving bad news * Forgetting a holiday * Feeling overwhelmed * Being busy A cancellation within 48 hours is considered a no-show regardless of the reason. No exceptions will be made. These policies are applied equally to all clients. No-Show Fees Appointments canceled within 48 hours or missed entirely will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Permanent makeup appointments, including eyebrow and eyeliner tattooing, canceled within 48 hours, missed, or considered a no-show will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Deposits A deposit is required to reserve all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits cannot be applied to future appointments, services, other dates, or other clients. Appointments without a deposit will be automatically canceled. Permanent Makeup Appointments Due to the extended amount of time reserved for permanent makeup services: * Any permanent makeup appointment canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. * Any permanent makeup appointment canceled within 48 hours, missed, or considered a no-show will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. No Refunds All services, deposits, fees, and charges are final and non-refundable. Products purchased are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Payment Methods No checks accepted. Cash and credit/debit cards accepted. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
