CANCELLATION POLICY
I’ve always tried to be flexible and understanding when life happens — but the increase in last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and “emergencies” has made it clear that flexibility is being taken advantage of. Moving forward, no exceptions will be made. To keep things fair and consistent for everyone: • 48-Hour Notice Required: Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment is considered a late cancellation and will be charged 50 % of the total service fee. • Deposits Are Required for Every Appointment: Whether you’re booking or rebooking, a deposit is required to secure your spot. Appointments without deposits will be automatically canceled. • Rescheduling Window (for Late Cancellations): -If you cancel within the 48-hour window but reschedule your appointment within ONE week, your deposit will transfer to your new booking. -If you choose to rebook AFTER one week, your previous deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required. (Clients may freely reschedule themselves through the booking link as long as it’s done 48 hours or more before their appointment.) • No “Emergency” Exceptions: Emergencies will no longer qualify for policy exceptions. This policy is applied equally to all clients to ensure fairness and consistency. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These boundaries protect my time, my livelihood, and ensure every client receives the professionalism and care they deserve. No checks. Cash & cards accepted.
